DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures the proper and successful selection and implementation of products and services provided by the Company and the principals represented.
Supports account manager direction for setting of customer expectations and project completion.
Supports sales associate with complex applications and sizing/selection.
Ensures that agreed upon customer expectations are met.
Operates from customer site for strategic projects.
Maintains engineering hour log while working on strategic projects to help quantify the value add service Puffer provides.

Participates in the interface with manufacturers, customer, sales and service to provide expertise and direction on proper selection and applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Knowledge:
