As a Value Leadership Specialist, you will play a critical role in transforming insights into action across our warehouse and transportation networks. In this high-visibility position, you will analyze key operational metrics, identify persistent performance themes, and partner with cross-functional site teams to design and execute impactful improvement projects. Leveraging digital tools like Sievo to track value delivery from initial scoping through final handover, you will champion continuous improvement while developing your own capabilities and coaching others to foster a culture of operational excellence.
What are we looking for? Minimum:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6+ years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain continuous improvement environments within CPG industry.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects from initial scope definition and stakeholder alignment through implementation, training, and operational handover.
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret complex warehouse/transportation performance metrics, identify operational themes, and translate data into actionable solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and change management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and coach teams across multiple levels and site locations.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- Experience driving improvements across a multi-site warehouse (3PL/DC) or freight transportation network within CPG, Food & Beverage, or fast-paced manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to build training material, facilitate workshops, and upskill cross-functional operators and leadership teams.
- Understanding Mars Inc./Kellanova organization and operational ways of working
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP (Project Management Professional), or APICS / ASCM (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) certifications.
- Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or CI problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 5 Whys, Green Belt, DMAIC) to identify operational gaps and eliminate waste.
What will be your key responsibilities? - Routinely evaluate core logistics, warehouse, and transportation KPIs to detect operational gaps, trendlines, and emerging value-creation opportunities across the network.
- Actively participate in warehouse and transportation operational reviews to identify persistent bottlenecks, analyze cross-site performance themes, and prioritize areas for targeted improvement.
- Define, outline, and align project scopes, change management plans, and standard operating procedures with multi-level stakeholders across diverse site locations.
- Lead value-generation initiatives through the entire project lifecycle-from initial concept and training through implementation, handover, and post-launch monitoring-adjusting strategies as needed to ensure sustained results.
- Manage and monitor project pipelines, cost-savings milestones, and performance outcomes within Sievo to provide transparent progress reporting to leadership.
- Actively drive personal and professional growth through formal and informal learning while coaching, mentoring, and upskilling site teams to foster a strong continuous improvement mindset.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
