Full Job Description
As a Value Consultant at CO2 AI, you will partner with leading organizations to translate their sustainability ambitions into measurable business value.

Leveraging CO2 AI's platform, you will guide clients in operationalizing their sustainability strategies, ensuring they achieve tangible outcomes and ROI. From the moment a customer joins our platform, you will be their trusted advisor guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience, orchestrating collaboration across our expert teams (solution architects, product manager, support engineers, and back office teams), and ensuring they unlock the full potential of CO2AI.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)

Strategic Advisory: Partner with clients to turn their sustainability ambitions into actionable strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable impact

Value Realization: Leverage the CO2 AI platform to surface decarbonization opportunities, quantify their business value, and rally stakeholders to act

Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted-advisor relationships across the C-suite, sustainability, procurement, and R&D - guiding clients through their transformation

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with professional services, solutions architects, product, sales, and engineering to onboard clients and build robust data pipelines and integrations

Pre-Sales Advisory: Demonstrate platform value to prospects through tailored demos and compelling business cases that quantify ROI and win internal buy-in

Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry, regulatory, and best-practice trends, positioning CO2 AI as the category leader internally and externally.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, sustainability consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing very large scale transformation projects
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of environmental challenges and solutions.
  • Familiarity with carbon accounting, GHG emissions, and sustainability reporting standards is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus


WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED

Role based in central Paris or USA (East coast) or Canada.

YOUR TEAM

In this role, you will report to the Lead Value consultant. You will work closely with the whole Value Consultant team and our sales, product and engineering teams.
