What You9ll Do
You9ll work on high-impact valuation projects that support financial reporting and strategic decision-making for our clients. Your day-to-day may include:
Performing valuation analyses for financial reporting, including purchase price allocations (ASC 805) and impairment testing (ASC 350/360)
Developing models for complex financial instruments such as derivatives, contingent consideration, earnouts, and equity-based compensation
Managing engagement workflows from kickoff through delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
Communicating valuation methodologies, key assumptions, and conclusions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
Preparing well-documented workpapers and reports to support audit readiness and internal quality standards
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical accounting and valuation challenges
Monitoring project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying risks and inefficiencies
Supporting practice development through enhancements to valuation models, templates, and processes
