What you will enjoy doing*- You are able to manage the overall validation program for all operations and systems within the organization
- Support multiple locations in executing validation protocols effectively
- Interface extensively with various teams including Quality, Research and Development, Safety, and Healthcare personnel
- You will assist plant operations in process validation and analytical method site qualifications related to new plant commissioning, processes, and analytical methods by directing work and analyzing results for continuous improvement
- Assess validation performance using statistical methods to ensure accuracy and reliability
- You are expected to develop analytical method protocols, site qualification studies, and analyzer operating methods to maintain high standards
- Create and deliver training programs for new analyzers to enhance team capabilities
- Serve as a resource to Quality and Corporate Assessment teams on validation-related matters and provide training and coaching to location validation teams
What makes you great - You hold a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and organizational agility to manage complex tasks
- You possess solid organizational skills to coordinate validation activities across locations
- Have expertise in Good Laboratory Practices, especially with gas-specific analyzers and methods including gas chromatography
- Understand packaged gas production operations and related validation principles
- Knowledgeable in process and analytical method validation principles as well as quality management system principles
- You have the willingness to travel occasionally to support other locations and ensure consistent validation practices
- Thrive in a team environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and are encouraged to bring your unique perspective to the role
