The pay range is $75,400.00 - $135,700.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. About therole:

As a Product Designerwithin ourLoyaltyUX Team,youll be at the forefront of Targets evolving digital experience, shaping it for our guests and contributing to business growth.In this role, youll design intuitive, member-first experiences that make loyalty visible, valuable, and motivating throughout the shopping journey.Youll support the creation of cohesive, end-to-end experiences, refine interaction details, and ensure consistency across web, app, and in-store touchpoints.Your work will balance guest needs with business goals, helping drive engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty.

As a member of the team, you will contribute to advancing the broader practice of UX at Targetthroughinfluence, impact, and craft, while also educating cross-functional teams when needed. We are an engaged, supportive, and increasingly diverse team focused on elevating the impact of our discipline.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full design process, from early discovery and strategic approach to ideation, design, testing asset delivery and production with engineers

  • Take direction from and collaborate with senior designers

  • Collaborate withcross-functional working teamsto deliverimpactful business outcomes

  • Leverage insights, data and researchto identify and pursue user-centric outcomes withinyour product space

  • Create design deliverables representative of the design process phase 6 such as journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI design and prototypes

  • Investigate using both qualitative and quantitative research methods

  • Hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design

  • Advance a culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams

  • Navigate complexity and ambiguity delivering impact for guests and the business

About you:

  • 1+ years of relevant product design work or equivalent

  • Foundational skills in UX and product design, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design process

  • You can demonstrateproblem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills

  • You lean into problems and seek to understand the why behind human behavior and their mindsets

  • Have knowledge ofeffectively usingdata and insights toinform design decisionsand communicate your approach

  • Proficiency in product design and prototyping tools (i.e., Figma)

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
