Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire UXdesign process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring aseamless user experience throughout.
- Collaborate closely withcross-functional project teams to understand the problem space, articulatethe project goals, and define user and business needs.
- Conduct user researchand usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences,and pain points.
- Create wireframes,prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate designconcepts and interactions.
- Collaborate withdevelopers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providingguidance and support throughout the development process.
- Continuously iterate andimprove designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and emergingindustry trends.
- Act as a mentor andprovide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity,collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experiencein UX design, preferably with a focus on end-to-end product design.
- Strong portfolioshowcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating your abilityto solve complex problems with intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Proficient inindustry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) andprototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io).
- Deep understanding ofuser-centered design principles and methodologies, and the ability toapply them in a practical and efficient manner.
- Excellent communicationand presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate designdecisions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working inAgile development environments is a plus.
- Passion for staying upto date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
