As the Supervisor, Distribution Operations, you will lead powerline crews and contractors responsible for the construction, maintenance, and restoration of the electrical distribution system, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of reliability and customer service.

Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, training, and performance management for technicians
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with legislation and utility safety standards
- Plan, organize, schedule, assign, and supervise employee and contractor work activities
- Collaborate with Engineering and Construction teams on project planning and execution
- Ensure materials, equipment, and vehicles are available and maintained
- Participate in annual capital and operating budget planning
What You Bring- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience within electrical utility, distribution, construction, or related infrastructure environments
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with satisfactory driving record
- Strong knowledge of utility operations, safety practices, and workforce scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret distribution, substation, and grid drawings/maps
Preferred Qualifications- Journeyperson Powerline Technician certification
- IHSA Powerline Technician Trades Training Program completion
- CET, P.Eng., or related technical education
