Job Summary
This role performs the following:
Record, review and analyze utility construction and fixed asset transactions for the proper GAAP and FERC financial statement recording, reporting and rate recovery of Property, Plant & Equipment Investments and related accounts.
Develop fixed asset analyses, special reports and perform General Ledger reconciliation and analysis utilizing the Power Plant Fixed Asset System.
Support Utility Finance in developing 5 year plans, annual budgets including annual depreciation and amortization models.
Provide support for regulatory Base Rate Cases, Special Infrastructure and other regulatory filings as well as other ad hoc reports and analyses for internal and external clients, including BPU independent monitors.
Support all internal and external audit requests and reviews. Develop Power Plant reports and queries. Collaborate with Power Plant Support, IT and Financial Systems Support to optimize the system and implement system and process improvements. Perform ad hoc projects as necessary.

Coordinate internal and external audit requests.
