DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This role leads a team that reviews utility filings and supports the implementation of important energy programs. It guides staff work and ensures the preparation of clear reports and orders for different audiences. As a Utility Energy And Conservation Analyst Supervisor within the Bureau of Technical Utility Services, you will perform the following duties:

• Team Leadership: Guide the daily efforts of analysts who review filings and prepare technical documents
• Program Oversight: Maintain oversight of written orders, reports, memos, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders
• Document Review: Evaluate submissions from utilities and consultants to support informed decision making
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear written materials for internal and external groups
• Project Coordination: Work with bureaus, offices, and consultants to carry out mandatory and voluntary program tasks

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework: Part-time work from home (telework) may be a potential feature of this position. The successful candidate is required to report to the headquarters worksite daily, unless the employee meets eligibility requirements and telework has been approved. Management may discontinue any telework arrangement at any time, for any reason. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office.
  • To be eligible to participate in telework, the employee's alternate (telework) worksite must meet the following requirements:
    • Within a reasonable travel distance of headquarters; and
    • Within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS

• One year as a Utility Energy and Conservation Analyst 3; or
• Four years of experience in the research and development of energy conservation programs, and a bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, mechanical, petroleum engineering; or
• Three years of experience in the research and development of energy conservation programs, and a master's degree in economics, mathematics, management science, business administration, or computer sciences; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
