Join Collins Aerospace as a REMOTE Transportation Management System (TMS) Inbound Supply Chain Manager overseeing North American operations. Take ownership as the primary point of contact for all sites and suppliers, driving TMS implementation, compliance, and continuous improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inbound supply chain processes in a dynamic, innovative, and growth-focused environment.

[Responsibilities]

- Lead TMS inbound implementation projects from requirements gathering through launch and post-go-live support.
- Monitor inbound transportation and delivery performance across production and indirect suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement and system enhancements, targeting process efficiency and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance and standardized shipping processes with site logistics leaders, suppliers, buyers, carriers, and TMS partners.
- Deliver regular project status updates to leadership, PMO, and key stakeholders.
- Document TMS implementation processes for standard work, training, and alignment.
- Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain specialty logistics workflows and system integrations.
- Define and map TMS data requirements, ensuring high-quality data inputs and outputs.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives as directed by TMS Group Lead or PMO.

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, Master's with 3 years, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated ability in transportation, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Experience in TMS implementation and logistics process improvement.
- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Pareto analysis).
- Reside in North America and able to travel up to 20% across the region.
- Flexible to participate in virtual meetings with global teams outside standard business hours.

- Background in domestic and international freight within North America.
- Experience with large-scale TMS implementation, ideally in industrial or aerospace sectors.
- SAP ERP knowledge.
- Familiarity with various shipping and transportation software.
- Supply chain certifications (e.g., ISM, APICS) are valued.
