Join Collins Aerospace as a REMOTE Transportation Management System (TMS) Inbound Supply Chain Manager overseeing North American operations. Take ownership as the primary point of contact for all sites and suppliers, driving TMS implementation, compliance, and continuous improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inbound supply chain processes in a dynamic, innovative, and growth-focused environment.

[Responsibilities]

- Lead TMS inbound implementation projects from requirements gathering through launch and post-go-live support.
- Monitor inbound transportation and delivery performance across production and indirect suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement and system enhancements, targeting process efficiency and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance and standardized shipping processes with site logistics leaders, suppliers, buyers, carriers, and TMS partners.
- Deliver regular project status updates to leadership, PMO, and key stakeholders.
- Document TMS implementation processes for standard work, training, and alignment.
- Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain specialty logistics workflows and system integrations.
- Define and map TMS data requirements, ensuring high-quality data inputs and outputs.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives as directed by TMS Group Lead or PMO.
