Job Duties:- Named US healthcare and life sciences accounts, from first contact to signed contract.
- Partner relationships with EHR implementation firms, healthcare IT consultancies, and technology partners, covering both transactional and large strategic deals.
- Business cases developed with health system and pharma leadership, covering clinician time saved, training burden reduced, tickets deflected, and go-live risk reduced.
- Documentation of what works as deals close, so it can be applied consistently across the US market.
- Pipeline development and revenue targets.
- Attendance at healthcare IT and life sciences industry events and conferences.
Candidate Requirements:- Partner or channel co-sell experience in US healthcare, including both transactional and large, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Knowledge of the EHR landscape, integrated delivery network (IDN) structures, and basic HIPAA and HITRUST requirements, with credibility with both clinical and IT buyers.
- Experience selling recurring-revenue software or licenses priced on business value and outcomes, rather than billed by effort or day rate.
- Experience carrying a sales quota at a small or lean company without a large marketing or sales development team.
- Ability to generate demand in a market with low brand awareness, and experience working with a European headquarters across time zones.
Nice to have:- Life sciences credibility: familiarity with GxP, validation, and pharma quality buyers.
- Existing relationships within the Veeva ecosystem or with large strategic healthcare accounts.
- Existing relationships with EHR implementation firms and healthcare IT consultancies.
- A credible path to building and leading a small team within 18 months.
- Experience speaking at healthcare or life sciences industry events.
