Job SummaryWe are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to support the creation and validation of user-centered experiences for commercial and technical products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with UX researchers, stakeholders, and design teams to develop journey maps, define UX requirements, and ensure design solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
Required Education- Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Engineering, or a related field.
Required Qualifications- 4+ years of overall UX Design experience.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience creating Journey Maps and User Flows.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical product requirements.
- Solid understanding of User-Centered Design principles and methodologies.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with UX researchers to identify critical user experiences and usage scenarios.
- Develop, document, and validate user journey maps based on commercial requirements, technical requirements, and UX best practices.
- Translate journey maps into detailed UX requirements and design recommendations.
- Review and evaluate design solutions to ensure alignment with established UX requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to deliver user-focused experiences.
- Maintain clear documentation of UX processes, requirements, and deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement of UX standards, methodologies, and design practices.
Preferred Skills- Experience working in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical product environments.
- Familiarity with UX research methodologies and usability testing.
- Proficiency with UX design and collaboration tools.
