The Opportunity

As a User Experience Strategy Director, you will lead efforts to enhance customer and employee experiences by analyzing client needs and designing impactful strategies that foster loyalty and engagement. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will translate vision into action, setting the tone and inspiring others to follow. Your role is pivotal in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, creating a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction.

In this role at PwC, you will utilize human-centered design principles to understand user needs, conduct research, and create intuitive experiences. Collaborating with clients, you will develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that optimize interactions across various touchpoints. You will also promote technological advances, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together. Your strategic choices will drive change, addressing system-level enablers and converting market gaps into opportunities for success.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of user experience strategies to enhance customer and employee interactions
- Collaborating with clients to design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that optimize user engagement across various touchpoints
- Utilizing human-centered design principles to conduct research and create intuitive and engaging experiences
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful client engagements
- Mentoring and guiding teams in the application of design thinking and innovation to solve complex client challenges
- Promoting the integration of technological advances to create environments where people and technology thrive together
- Overseeing multiple projects to maintain executive-level client relations and deliver impactful solutions
- Developing new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership and enhance brand recognition
- Conducting usability testing and user research to inform design decisions and improve user interface and experience design
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support the delivery of exceptional service excellence

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
