We're seeking a User Experience Designer to join our team and support the development of AI capabilities and AI-powered applications for internal teams like finance, risk, and HR. In this role, you'll design intuitive, efficient experiences that enable internal teams to work smarter and faster, while helping embed AI thoughtfully and responsibly throughout our workflows.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys problem-solving in complex and specialized environments and is excited to advocate for and apply AI throughout the UX design process.
Position Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with internal functional teams to understand needs, constraints, and opportunities
- Translate requirements, concepts, and data insights into usable, intuitive wireframes, flows, and prototypes using Figma
- Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-enabled internal tools, workflows, and applications
- Apply and adhere to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across tools
- Clearly communicate design intent, decisions, and tradeoffs to stakeholders
- Use AI tools throughout the design process for exploration, ideation, and prototyping
- Advocate for the thoughtful use of AI in UX practice, helping teams understand where and how it can add value
Required Qualifications: - 3 - 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, interaction design, and workflow design
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to think critically about AI-driven experiences, including usability, trust, and clarity
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-enabled products and workflows
- Experience working within a design system and applying established UI patterns
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions
- Experience designing for internal tools, enterprise systems, or complex user workflows
- Practical experience using AI tools to enhance the design process
