Envision Motors of Milpitas is seeking an experienced and dynamic Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, merchandising, and sales of used vehicles while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and achieving financial targets. Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the used car department to meet sales and profitability goals.
- Oversee vehicle acquisition, inventory management, and merchandising strategies.
- Lead, train, and motivate the used car sales team to achieve individual and departmental performance objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with finance, service, and parts departments to maximize overall dealership performance.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements associated with used vehicle sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold high standards of customer service.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of used car market trends, pricing strategies, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and drive profitability.
- Familiarity with automotive CRM software and inventory management systems.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in Milpitas, CA and flexible to work hours as necessary.
