The ideal candidate will support the Pre-Owned Sales Manager in driving the success of the pre-owned vehicle department, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing the sales team, inventory, and customer relations while contributing to the growth and profitability of the dealership.

  • You'll be the face of Downtown Chrysler, the person who turns browsers into buyers and buyers into lifelong enthusiasts. You'll guide our guests through the exciting journey of finding their perfect vehicle, making every step of the process a delight.

You need these qualifications
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in a pre-owned vehicle sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and pre-owned vehicle market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using dealership management software (Reynolds & Reynolds, Era Ignite, VAuto, Focus, DeskIt, and Traderev) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Ontario driver's G license, a clean driving record, and able to visit multiple locations, if needed.
  • Valid OMVIC license.

The expected compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $125,000 per Year.
