Our International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team addresses the evolving challenges faced by private capital investors and multinational companies amid changing tax and trade regulations, increased tax risk, and reputational pressures. Our globally connected services support the entire transaction lifecycle, from strategy to disposal, providing robust tax advice crucial for strategic business decisions in a dynamic market, and empowering clients to navigate complex transactions and optimize their corporate structures.
Your Key Responsibilities Join our senior-level transfer pricing team to help multinational organizations develop compliant, effective cross-border prices and optimize how intercompany transactions are priced. You will plan, streamline, and help solve complex transfer pricing issues to mitigate risk; prepare economic analyses; perform IP valuations; and contribute to business model and supply-chain designs that enhance after-tax returns. You'll also support post-merger integration and transfer-pricing due diligence.
You'll define and execute deliverables as a daily workstream member, sometimes serving as a team lead, participating in client working sessions. Travel is required regularly. You'll track deliverables, maintain engagement reports, and help manage resource plans with limited daily supervision.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding of the US Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD Guidelines to advise clients in decision making.
- Understanding transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges.
- Support in modeling financial outcomes, valuing intangible assets and developing practical planning approaches.
- Support in working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
- Utilizing tax research databases and other tax-related tools in the completion of assigned tasks.
- Mange with onshore and global transfer pricing professionals to drive collaboration.
- Manage and review deliverables prepared by onshore and global transfer pricing professionals, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution across engagements.
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex analyses and client engagements, leveraging strong project management, communication, and mentoring skills to drive successful outcomes.
- Builds and manages internal and external relationships.
Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have: - Actively pursuing or recently completed a PhD in Economics, Finance, Business, Public Policy, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field, supported by a strong academic record.
- 3.0 cumulative college/university GPA.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPivot, Power Query, PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx and Word.
- Demonstrates strength in data visualization and storytelling.
- Delivers quantitative financial modelling with accuracy and insight.
- An interest working in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
- Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
- You must reside within a commutable distance of the office location associated with this position.

Ideally, you'll also have: - An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Cumulative college/university GPA of 3.2 or above.
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90,000 - $112,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
