OC&C is recruiting for the Consultant position in our Boston office located at 60 State Street near historic Faneuil Hall.
As a Consultant, you will take responsibility for, and contribute significantly to, major aspects of the project. Within the OC&C team, you are the Manager's key support - and sometimes sparring partner - as well as a confident coach for more junior colleagues.
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of strategy consulting experience (including in-house strategy roles) for this position.
About The Candidate
Qualifications:
At least 3 years' professional experience gained partly or entirely in a strategy consultancy environment (either working for a consulting firm, or an in-house strategy role)
Outstanding track record of achieving and exceeding objectives
Experience of managing work streams
Candidates will need to demonstrate excellence in the following areas:
Problem solving: independently develop solutions to a broad range of problems using analytical, quantitative, and creative approaches
Client relations & professionalism: always conduct oneself in a professional manner and contribute to clients' positive view of OC&C in general and the team in particular
Job management/ teamwork: participate in teams in a collegial and collaborative manner; carry out fair share of work; consistently add creative, insightful ideas; meet all deadlines
Written communication: create clear and concise written and graphical work to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients
People management: work with Associate Consultants to execute analysis, own a workplan in a module of an engagement, coach junior staff
Personal impact and oral communication: present work confidently and dynamically in both internal and client-facing settings
Firm building: play an enthusiastic role in developing the Firm's earned reputation for high calibre client work and in establishing the personality of the Firm and the Office.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $205,000 plus bonus based on performance. Salary will be based on your experiences and skillset plus a generous benefits package. More details can be provided upon request.
