Position Summary...
As part of Global Tech, you will build scalable, reusable platforms and services that power the growth of our Retail Services which includes Health & Wellness. This role advances our ecosystem by enhancing experiences for customers and associates

You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering across teams to solve complex problems, leverage data to inform decisions, and build trusted relationships that drive outcomes at scale. This role is part of the Chief of Staff team within USOPT, which focuses on shaping short- and long-term technology strategy, aligning cross-functional priorities, and enabling cohesive execution across enterprise programs.

What you'll do...
  • Manage program budgets by providing accurate estimations and monitoring expenditures to support financial goals.

  • Monitor project progress against milestones, leading cross-functional meetings to address schedule, health, and risk factors.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
