Role summary:

Walmart is seeking a Staff member for Technology Operations to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology programs. This role involves managing budgets, assessing risks, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. The position requires strong business communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions and drive continuous improvement. About the team:

The Walmart US eCommerce cross-border team develops solutions enabling Marketplace sellers to offer fast, affordable delivery to customers. This team leads complex initiatives across product, engineering, operations, and external partners, focusing on simplifying processes and enhancing user experiences. Collaborating closely with multiple internal teams, they drive program strategy, manage risks, and ensure successful execution at scale. The team values strong judgment, analytical rigor, and effective stakeholder engagement to deliver impactful results that improve cross-border shopping and operational efficiency.
What you'll do:
  • Manage end-to-end compliance escalation for international selection across cross-border programs.
  • Audit and reconcile Compliance rule sets across markets.
  • Assess resource requirements and identify risks to support successful completion of projects with small to medium complexity.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to review project progress, address issues, and maintain schedule adherence.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to influence decisions and build consensus across multiple teams.
  • Translate business requirements into integrated program plans, aligning initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor program performance using established tools, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain program health.
  • Provide technology insights to support stakeholder decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience working within compliance, regulatory, or policy frameworks in e-commerce, retail, or cross-border trade.
  • Strong knowledge of program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques.
  • Experience building standard operating procedures, playbooks, or policy documentation.
  • Experience in program monitoring and control, with ability to track progress against milestones and manage risks.
  • Proficiency in business operations, KPI assessment, and aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to build consensus and drive collaboration.
  • Effective communication skills for clear, concise reporting and relationship building across teams.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
