About the team: The Contact Center Engineering team develops and maintains platforms that enable seamless customer support experiences. They design scalable voice, chat, and routing workflows, manage the NICE InContact platform, and provide scripting and support to ensure reliable interactions. By integrating enterprise systems and optimizing automation and agent workflows, the team enhances operational performance and service quality at scale. Their technical expertise and collaboration drive consistent communication across the contact center ecosystem, supporting high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement aligned with business goals.
What you'll do: - Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
- Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
- Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and intelligent automation features.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate across teams to define technical requirements and optimize development processes using data-driven practices.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle management, encompassing coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in API design, software prototyping, and applying software design patterns for secure, modular, and maintainable solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java.
- Skilled in DevOps engineering practices to enhance infrastructure, tooling, and developer productivity.
- Ability to mentor and lead engineers, fostering technical growth and promoting engineering excellence.
- Data-driven decision-making skills to define metrics and optimize development processes.
- Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
