Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary:As Staff Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with business objectives. What you'll do:- Lead architecture and design for full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using ReactJS.
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases using Node.js, Java.
- Design, integrate, and deploy ML models into production systems to enable intelligent, data-driven decision.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write high-quality, reusable, and modular code following best practices. Implement and maintain comprehensive test suites using tools like Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, Cypress.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
What you'll bring: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in full stack software development with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, such as [Java, Java frameworks, Python, Reactjs, NextJs,].
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
