Role summary:
As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. You will influence product direction through data-driven decision making, emerging technology integration, and rigorous prioritization. Acting as a subject matter authority, you will mentor peers and elevate product management practices while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and delivering measurable impact across the product lifecycle.

The team leads product strategy and execution for Walmart Connect's reporting products, delivering measurable business value through data-driven roadmaps and emerging technologies. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, it emphasizes deep customer and market understanding to shape product vision and drive innovation. Members influence key stakeholders and manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization. The team fosters continuous improvement, rigorous decision-making, and operational excellence to support Walmart's goals and enhance the customer experience through strategic product leadership.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
