Position Summary...What you'll do...As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. What you'll do: - Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products, aligning with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value from discovery through launch and scaling.
- Build deep customer and market insights using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
- Drive data-driven decision making through experimentation, analytics, and AI opportunity assessment to optimize product outcomes.
- Influence technical direction by collaborating with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, and innovation without direct authority.
- Mentor product managers on roadmap development, launch readiness, and customer-centric practices.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful product adoption.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
