Position Summary...

What you'll do...
As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder collaboration, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. You will influence product direction, mentor peers, and leverage data-driven decision-making to optimize performance. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment with business goals while advancing innovation and operational excellence within the product area. This position demands a strategic mindset and authoritative leadership without direct people management responsibilities.

What you'll do:
  • Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products, aligning with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value from discovery through launch and scaling.
  • Build deep customer and market insights using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
  • Drive data-driven decision making through experimentation, analytics, and AI opportunity assessment to optimize product outcomes.
  • Influence technical direction by collaborating with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, and innovation without direct authority.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
