What you'll do...

Role summary:
The (USA) Staff, Data Scientist plays a critical role in leveraging AI, Agentic AI, Advanced analytics, Machine learning, and data visualization to drive strategic business decisions. This position requires expertise in identifying and validating data sources, developing predictive models, and deploying scalable solutions. The role involves collaborating across functions to translate complex business challenges into data-driven insights, ensuring data quality and governance standards are met. The successful candidate will guide analytical modeling efforts, support continuous model improvement, and communicate findings effectively to influence stakeholders and support organizational objectives.

What you'll do:
  • Identify and assess appropriate data sources to ensure quality and relevance for business needs.
  • Develop and implement data strategies aligned with organizational objectives and data governance standards.
  • Design, validate, and tune predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Create clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
  • Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions by applying analytical modeling and optimization methods.
  • Deploy and monitor models in production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align data initiatives with business priorities and support decision-making processes.


What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and data science methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Python/PySpark programming and advanced data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Strong understanding of data strategy, data quality standards, and data governance principles.
  • Experience with model assessment, validation techniques, and deployment in production environments.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing, deep learning, and MLOps practices.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using statistical and optimization methods.
  • Effective communication skills to present insights and mentor junior team members.

Sunnyvale, California US-11656: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
