What you'll do...
Role summary:
As a Software Engineer III, you will lead the design and development of technical solutions for small to large projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and user experience. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions while ensuring timely delivery. This role involves coding, testing, and maintaining high-quality software components with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Additionally, you will provide guidance to junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within an agile development environment.
About the team:
The Walmart Inbound Optimization team develops advanced supply chain solutions that improve cost efficiency through technology and data. This team takes full ownership of complex challenges, delivering scalable SaaS products from concept to deployment. As a Software Engineer III in Global Tech, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers, emphasizing iterative development, technical excellence, and continuous delivery. The team drives impactful solutions aligned with Walmart's business goals and operational success, fostering innovation in platform design, API development, and continuous integration to support a robust and efficient supply chain ecosystem.
What you'll do:

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
