This team takes full ownership of complex challenges, delivering scalable SaaS products from concept to deployment. As a Software Engineer III in Global Tech, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers, emphasizing iterative development, technical excellence, and continuous delivery. What you'll do: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level designs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality code following coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and business issues through root cause analysis and effective problem-solving.
- Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and support to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to enhance continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance activities, and evaluate change requests for feasibility.
- Support users by addressing technical inquiries and recommending sustainable solutions aligned with business needs.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding standards using languages such as Java, React, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or C#.
- Expertise in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex production issues.
- Ability to develop and execute test cases, including automation and regression testing.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Skilled in documentation-based coding and maintaining traceability matrices for requirements and testing.
- Demonstrated capability to mentor and guide small engineering teams effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
