Position Summary...
The (USA) Senior Technology Operations role is responsible for overseeing program estimation, monitoring, and control to ensure successful delivery of medium-complexity projects. This position leads cross-functional coordination, manages risks, and drives stakeholder consensus through effective communication and relationship building. The role requires expertise in financial management, program planning, and technology landscape awareness to align projects with strategic objectives. The incumbent supports business operations by providing actionable insights, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with company standards, ultimately contributing to operational excellence and the achievement of organizational goals.

What you'll do...
  • Lead program estimation and resource planning for projects of small to medium complexity, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and control program progress, addressing risks and issues to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings to review project health, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder consensus through clear, concise communication and data-driven presentations.

  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring for multiple projects.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30095: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11657: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
