- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and engage mid to senior-level talent aligned with business needs.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to assess candidate fit and manage priority tradeoffs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand evolving talent requirements and provide consultative guidance.
- Leverage competitive intelligence and market insights to innovate sourcing approaches and improve candidate quality.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and timely delivery of results.
- Conduct interest and qualification screens to assess candidate fit.
What you'll bring...- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; OR equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience
- Proven expertise in talent sourcing, sourcing strategy development, and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships to support talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results within established timelines.
- Deep understanding of recruiting concepts, candidate screening, and talent pipelining for mid to senior-level roles.
- Accountability for driving quality candidate submittals aligned with business needs and hiring criteria.
- A process improvement mindset, willingness to take initiative, and proactive approach to work.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
