What you'll do...
As a Senior Software Engineer at Walmart, you will lead the delivery of scalable software solutions by managing feature implementation, testing, and ongoing support across platforms. You will apply advanced programming skills and technical judgment to design, develop, and maintain high-quality systems aligned with business objectives. Collaborating across teams, you will drive continuous improvement, mentor peers, and integrate AI/ML technologies to enhance product capabilities. This role demands a product-focused mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and commitment to engineering excellence to support Walmart's mission of delivering reliable and innovative software solutions.

What you'll do:

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
