What you'll do...
Role summary:

Sitting within a highly cross-functional team and partnering closely with Walmart Marketplace, this role leads the planning and execution of multiple complex technology programs to prevent fraud and abuse targeting Marketplace Sellers. Managing risk vectors unique to Marketplace, requiring expertise in program and financial management, stakeholder engagement, and technology strategy to drive operational excellence, the position involves overseeing project delivery, managing risks, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure successful outcomes. The incumbent will translate business needs into actionable plans, influence stakeholders, and promote continuous improvement while maintaining accountability for performance metrics and resource optimization within a dynamic technology environment.

What you'll do:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and manage program schedules, resource allocation, and financial plans to optimize delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions and drive consensus.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through scenario planning and performance tracking to ensure program success.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
