What you'll do:
  • Anchor the "4-in-the-Box" Pod: Act as the definitive business lead, translating company strategy into high-ROI tech initiatives.
  • Direct Tech Investments: Use deep analytics to point Product and Engineering toward capabilities that dominate the marketplace.
  • Command Execution: Own the roadmap prioritization, budget, and rapid delivery of revenue-generating solutions.
  • Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex technical realities to influence leadership and force cross-functional alignment.
  • Inject Market Reality: Fuel development with competitive intel to ensure we build exactly what the market demands.

What you'll bring:
  • Strong track record of working with product, engineering, and design partners to launch new tools
  • Proven expertise in business process improvement and strategic decision-making to drive organizational goals.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk tracking, and earned value analysis.
  • Ability to analyze business metrics and retail trends to identify revenue opportunities and recommend improvements.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
