Role summary:

As a Remodel Project Management Director (PMD), you will lead the planning and execution of Sam's Club remodel projects from concept through grand opening. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Construction, Design, Operations, Merchandising, Engineering, Finance, and external consultants to deliver high-quality remodels that enhance the member experience while minimizing disruption to club operations. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk across a portfolio of remodels, driving alignment among stakeholders, resolving complex challenges, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, influences without authority, and is passionate about transforming Sam's Club locations to support the future of the business.

What you'll do:

Lead a portfolio of Sam's Club remodel projects from planning through grand opening.

Partner with Construction, Design, Engineering, Operations, Merchandising, and external consultants to drive alignment and resolve issues.
Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes and implementing lessons learned across projects.
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver an exceptional experience for members and associates.
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards while minimizing disruption to club operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).








Minimum Qualifications...

5 years' experience in commercial real estate project management, construction management, or facilities design.

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with combined capital budgets.
