The Senior Manager, Program Management, leads the execution of multiple business initiatives by developing strategic plans, removing obstacles, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role oversees cross-functional teams, drives process improvements, and monitors performance metrics to optimize outcomes. The position requires effective communication with senior leadership and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and program success. Additionally, the role fosters talent development, promotes adherence to company policies, and supports a collaborative work environment focused on operational excellence.
About the team:
This team leads Portfolio Management for People Tech & Services, overseeing operating cadence, communications, and engagement to ensure alignment and efficient execution. Responsibilities include planning business reviews, maintaining updates, coordinating leadership meetings and offsites, and driving team-wide communications. The team focuses on program management, chief of staff support, and developing internal tools that enhance operations across technology teams. It fosters collaboration across functions to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement, enabling the organization to meet strategic goals effectively while maintaining operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define goals, risks, and success criteria, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executives.
  • Drive program management process improvements by conducting analyses, developing enhanced processes, and securing leadership approval.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
