About the team: Our team leads initiatives enhancing inventory accuracy and product visibility by connecting merchants, suppliers, stores, and technology. We drive RFID adoption through collaboration with partners to expand source tagging and equip store teams with hand-scanning tools. By testing, validating, and scaling RFID solutions, we improve product traceability, inventory accuracy, and on-shelf availability. Focused on operational excellence, we leverage data analysis and cross-functional leadership to develop innovative solutions that increase business efficiency and deliver improved outcomes for customers.
What you'll do: - Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring successful rollouts through effective planning, communication, and performance measurement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
