Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Operations leads the execution of complex projects and programs by managing timelines, resources, and performance standards to ensure successful implementations. This role provides data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance business efficiency and operational effectiveness. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the position drives continuous improvement initiatives, develops innovative solutions, and oversees budget management. The Senior Manager fosters strong partnerships, supports talent development, and upholds company policies to deliver measurable results aligned with organizational goals while promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
About the team:

Our team leads initiatives enhancing inventory accuracy and product visibility by connecting merchants, suppliers, stores, and technology. We drive RFID adoption through collaboration with partners to expand source tagging and equip store teams with hand-scanning tools. By testing, validating, and scaling RFID solutions, we improve product traceability, inventory accuracy, and on-shelf availability. Focused on operational excellence, we leverage data analysis and cross-functional leadership to develop innovative solutions that increase business efficiency and deliver improved outcomes for customers.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
