Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Merchandising Planning, leads strategic category and merchandise planning by leveraging advanced data analysis and financial forecasting to drive informed decisions. This role collaborates cross-functionally to align forecasts, optimize inventory, and enhance customer demand planning across multiple channels. The position requires expertise in developing financial targets, supporting vendor negotiations, and executing promotional strategies while fostering continuous improvement through technology adoption. The role also includes mentoring associates and ensuring alignment with company values to deliver measurable business results and elevate overall category performance.
About the team:

Our team partners closely with Merchants to deliver financial planning, forecasting, and category management that drive strategic growth. Focused on the Fashion Jewelry and Storage categories, we support launching premium brands and enhancing business performance. This dynamic team collaborates cross-functionally with Merchants, Inventory, and Replenishment leaders to execute data-driven decisions. Emphasizing innovation, the role integrates advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to improve processes and outcomes. Reporting to senior leadership, the team plays a key role in shaping merchandising strategies that contribute to the company's ongoing success and expansion in the fashion sector.
What you'll do:
  • Leverage data analysis and visualization tools to develop insights that influence merchandising decisions and category strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
