What you'll do: - Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Evaluate and improve processes by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable solutions with cross-functional alignment.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Drive behavior change and continuous improvement initiatives by partnering with teams to simplify processes and monitor program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards across operations.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in project management, including defining scope, establishing milestones, and managing budgets.
- Strong skills in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience leading change management initiatives and driving organizational culture transformation.
- Ability to analyze data for root cause identification and develop sustainable improvement solutions.
- Demonstrated capability in performance management, setting KPIs, and monitoring program effectiveness.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
