Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, leads the development and execution of complex data models and analytical strategies to drive impactful business outcomes. This role partners with senior leadership to identify key challenges and deliver actionable insights that support strategic planning. Responsible for managing cross-functional projects and mentoring a high-performing team, the position ensures the successful implementation of innovative analytics solutions. The role demands strong collaboration across business areas to enhance decision-making, optimize performance, and foster continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.
About the team:

The team leads Walmart Search's data science and measurement strategy, collaborating with senior leaders to drive business growth. They develop the analytical roadmap for ranking, relevance, and monetization while building an advanced self-serve analytics platform to accelerate insights. The team designs and executes large-scale experimentation programs, including A/B testing across search ranking, user interface, and monetization features. By applying advanced analytics and machine learning, they focus on innovation and impact to enhance customer experience and business outcomes. Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills are essential to their success.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
