What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Senior Distinguished I, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale strategic programs across the enterprise, driving alignment and execution of business and technology solutions. This role requires expertise in program planning, technical design, stakeholder engagement, and risk management to deliver high-impact outcomes. The position involves defining frameworks, optimizing resource efficiency, and fostering consensus among teams. The manager proactively identifies improvements, mentors team members, and ensures quality delivery by integrating emerging technologies and best practices. Strong communication and analytical skills support effective decision-making and program success in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
  • Define and execute program implementation strategies impacting enterprise-wide domains, securing cross-functional commitment.
  • Lead end-to-end system solution design for complex technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and architectural standards.
  • Identify and resolve cross-pillar dependencies, redundancies, and risks to optimize program outcomes and resource efficiency.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement frameworks, facilitating consensus and alignment across numerous teams and leadership levels.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00 - $416,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
