Role summary:

The Senior Director, Product Management leads the strategic vision and execution for multiple complex product families within the Offsite Ads Portfolio, aligning product roadmaps with long-term business objectives and market trends. This role drives innovation by leveraging data-driven insights and emerging technologies to enhance competitive positioning. Collaborating across cross-functional teams and most importantly with external partner teams, the position influences senior leadership on portfolio investments and operational priorities while fostering organizational capability development. The role ensures governance, compliance, and ethical standards are upheld, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence to deliver impactful product outcomes aligned with Walmart's enterprise goals.
What you'll do:
  • Lead product strategy and operations for multiple complex product families, defining long-term vision aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Develop and deliver product plans, recommending investments and identifying innovation opportunities to enhance competitive positioning.
  • Oversee product roadmaps, prioritizing growth strategies and managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align priorities, influence senior leadership, and drive customer-focused product decisions.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $192,000.00 - $384,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00 - $416,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
