About the team: Walmart's Store Fulfillment team integrates stores, eCommerce, operations, product, and technology to transform order fulfillment at scale. The team reimagines the entire fulfillment process-from order receipt to picking, staging, and dispense-focusing on creating efficient, productive, and sustainable solutions. Collaborating across Store Operations, eCommerce, Product, Technology, and Supply Chain, the team addresses complex challenges including labor optimization and intelligent work orchestration. This group drives innovation to enhance customer experiences and operational excellence, delivering scalable solutions that support thousands of stores and millions of orders while enabling frontline associates to succeed.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 6 years' experience in operations, project
management, or related area OR 8 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
