Role summary:
The Senior Director, Operations leads the development and execution of operational strategies across multiple divisions, driving performance improvements and aligning business plans with organizational goals. This role oversees complex projects, ensuring effective communication, resource management, and adherence to timelines and budgets. By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the position delivers innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The Senior Director fosters strong partnerships, guides talent development, and champions continuous improvement to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
About the team:
Walmart's Store Fulfillment team integrates stores, eCommerce, operations, product, and technology to transform order fulfillment at scale. The team reimagines the entire fulfillment process-from order receipt to picking, staging, and dispense-focusing on creating efficient, productive, and sustainable solutions. Collaborating across Store Operations, eCommerce, Product, Technology, and Supply Chain, the team addresses complex challenges including labor optimization and intelligent work orchestration. This group drives innovation to enhance customer experiences and operational excellence, delivering scalable solutions that support thousands of stores and millions of orders while enabling frontline associates to succeed.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
