What you'll do: - Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements.

- Mentor junior analysts on data storytelling, visualization best practices, and quality standards.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in data source identification, including knowledge of business domains, data categories, and database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Strong understanding of data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to meet service level agreements.
- Experience applying data strategy principles to solve business problems and unlock value from data assets.
- Proficiency in exploratory data analysis using tools like SQL, Python, and statistical techniques to identify trends and insights.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Skilled in advanced data visualization methods and tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
