Role summary: As a Product Manager III at Walmart, you will lead strategy and execution for moderately complex products by driving customer discovery, prioritizing roadmaps, and managing go-to-market initiatives. You will define measurable success metrics, and apply emerging technologies to create competitive advantages. What you'll do: - Own strategy and execution for a moderately complex product, driving customer discovery and roadmap prioritization.
- Research and validate customer needs through engagement, journey mapping, and data analysis to identify experience gaps.
- Define product strategy and business objectives by benchmarking competition and setting measurable KPIs.
- Operates at the intersection of product management, data platforms, and applied AI, partnering closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and business teams.
- Manage product lifecycle including backlog prioritization, launch readiness, and post-launch success metrics.
- Apply data-driven decision making and experimentation to optimize product features and user adoption.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster continuous improvement within the team.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
