Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Principal UX Designer leads the development and enhancement of user experience strategies by conducting comprehensive research, including user interviews and journey mapping, to inform design decisions. What you'll do: - Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and site visits to gather actionable insights for enhancing user experience strategies.
- Develop and present user journey maps, storyboards, and data-driven design recommendations to inform product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align UX solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Design and prototype interaction models that address complex use cases and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Oversee usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and acceptance criteria.
- Mentor and guide UX team members to foster professional growth and maintain design quality standards.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
