What you'll do: - Define key deliverables and milestones for large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies and resource constraints.
- Secure commitments for program scopes, delivery dates, and resources while managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Drive risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution to maintain program progress and quality outcomes.
- Establish scalable workflows, deployment plans, and operational models for program delivery.
- Communicate progress and risks clearly to stakeholders, aligning teams and facilitating decision-making.
- Mentor team members on best practices in program and technical management.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software lifecycle management.
- Skilled in ensuring product requirements are converted into scalable technical designs.
- Demonstrated capability in analytical problem solving, data-driven decision making, and impact analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.
- Experience mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement in program execution and delivery.

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
