This role oversees the full software development lifecycle, integrating AI/ML technologies to build intelligent applications that serve millions. **Immigration Sponsorship support will NOT be available for thisposition**What you'll do:- Lead platform engineering efforts by delivering scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and cloud-native architectures aligned with strategic roadmaps.
- Build and deploy scalable, production Agentic AI solutions to automate complex workflows across business-critical applications.
- Architect and integrate AI/ML-enhanced applications to support millions of users, applying model-driven design and advanced development tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, influencing architectural decisions and promoting engineering excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, measure success metrics, and ensure solutions meet quality and business objectives.
- Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and product performance.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable and reliable cloud-native architectures.
- Experience developing scalable Agentic AI solutions and deep technical understanding of agentic patterns, too/API usage, guardrails and eval pipelines.
- Proven ability to drive full software development lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Expertise in AI/ML integration and building intelligent software systems using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
- Strong technical judgment with the ability to make informed architectural decisions and trade-offs.
- Demonstrated skills in mentorship, fostering engineering excellence and guiding technical teams.
- Proficiency in applying model-driven design and cloud computing best practices.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $165,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
