About the team: The Beer Supply Planning team ensures product availability by driving strong in-stock performance and maintaining inventory health across Sam's Club. Collaborating closely with merchants, suppliers, distributors, and cross-functional partners, the team supports everyday demand, seasonal changes, and new item launches. The role involves balancing a localized distributor network with market-specific needs while continuously enhancing planning, communication, and execution processes. This dynamic environment requires expertise in supply chain management, data analysis, financial oversight, and strategic decision-making to deliver efficient and effective supply planning solutions.
What you'll do: - Analyze merchandise sales data and industry trends to inform supply planning decisions and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and execute replenishment plans in collaboration with Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Monitor supplier performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions to ensure supply reliability and efficiency.
- Leverage digital tools and data analytics to identify root causes of supply issues and drive continuous process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to align strategies and resolve operational challenges.
- Support financial planning by analyzing profit and loss impacts related to supply and inventory management.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in supply chain management and replenishment planning to optimize inventory and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data analysis tools for business performance evaluation and strategic decision making.
- Experience in financial management, including profit and loss analysis and developing business cases for cost savings.
- Ability to manage supplier performance through effective communication and corrective action implementation.
- Skilled in business partnering, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Proficient in digital literacy and advanced statistical methods to support data-driven planning and insights.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
