What you'll do: - Lead and coordinate project planning, estimating, staffing, and monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Maintain clear communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients to address risks and implement contingency plans.
- Oversee construction quality assurance, ensuring compliance with standards and balancing value with costs.
- Manage budgets, including preparation and monitoring of change orders and financial reports.
- Enforce construction safety and health policies, coordinating with project managers and laborers for regulatory compliance.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and support project success.
- Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in project and construction management, including planning, organizing, and monitoring significant projects.
- Strong skills in budget management, with the ability to prepare and oversee budgets and change orders.
- Expertise in construction quality assurance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of construction safety and health regulations, with experience implementing safety policies and conducting daily safety activities.
- Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to communicate clearly, manage project documentation, and coordinate project schedules.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
