Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. This role drives accountability, monitors progress, and ensures alignment with business objectives while identifying improvement opportunities. The manager provides guidance and development for associates, fosters strong relationships, and upholds company values and ethical standards. By analyzing performance data and managing risks, this position supports continuous improvement and delivers impactful results that meet customer and organizational needs within a dynamic and evolving environment.
About the team:
The Walmart Marketplace Marketing Operations & Creative team leads seller-focused campaigns and communications to support third-party sellers on Walmart.com. This team collaborates across functions to implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the seller experience. Emphasizing strong program management, clear communication, and data-driven decisions, the team drives operational performance to meet business objectives. Members prioritize accountability, relationship building, and effective leadership within a collaborative environment to deliver impactful results and support business growth.
What you'll do:
  • Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and high-level deliverables.
  • Monitor program performance through data analysis, root cause identification, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold standards of ethics and integrity in all program activities.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership to inform decision-making.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
